Directly from a Chat or Profile:
Here’s how you can generally check, and what limits you might encounter:
Open the chat with the person whose number you want to see.
Tap on their profile picture or their name at the top of the chat to open their profile.
Look for a “Phone” field.
You will see their number if
They have set their “Who can see my phone number” privacy setting to “Everybody.”
They have set it to “My Contacts,” AND you are in telegram number database their phone’s contact list, AND they are in yours.
They have explicitly shared their contact with you within a chat (by tapping the paperclip icon and choosing “Contact”).
You will NOT see their number if:
They have set their “Who can see my phone number” privacy setting to “Nobody.”
They have set it to “My how to build a targeted nepal phone number list from scratch Contacts,” but you are not mutually in each other’s phone contact lists.
2. Through Your Own Phone Contacts (if they have allowed it):
If you have someone’s phone number saved in your phone’s address book, and they have enabled the setting that allows “My Contacts” to see their number on clean email Telegram, then when you open Telegram, their profile will appear in your contacts list within the app, and their number might be visible on their profile page.
